Custom Guest Seating Charts instead of place cards!

Guest Seating ChartsSeating charts are a unique and elegant way to assist your guests to their proper tables. They are usually displayed on a easel at the entrance of your reception room.

The outer measurements are approximately 25″ x 31″. Your information is printed on ecru or white linen paper and are matted…which eleminates the need for framing. It sits eleganty on an easel (usually supplied by your caterer) and may include such information as bridal party, parents of the bride and groom etc…depending on the number of guest invited to your reception.

Once your order is received, we will send you instructions on how to present this information to us. We usually require a minimum of 2 weeks in order to create this for you.

Every aspect of this creative process can be done by email if you prefer. We have been providing our Bride and Grooms customized seating charts for the past seven years and have had 100% customer satisfaction. After you email us your guest names alphabetically and their coordinating table numbers we take it from there. You will be emailed a proof once typeset.

We provide free shipping for our customers that are not local to us and cannot pick them up themselves.
